PATRICK O' CONNOR

Patrick holds a BSc in Site Engineering from Limerick Institute of Technology and the "Certified Insurance Practitioner" qualification from the Insurance Institute of Ireland. He has over 16 years Loss Assessing and Loss Adjusting experience.

Patrick started his career as a site engineer with Roadstone. In January 2008, he moved into loss assessing. He gained valuable experience under the guidance of the former President of the Insurance Institute of Cork, Alan Fitzgerald, during his five years with Property Assess. In 2012, Patrick left Property Assess to form his own loss assessing company "O' Connor Loss Assessors Limited" (OLA).  

Patrick has dealt with many large, technical and complex losses in the Munster region and was heavily involved in the Cork and Limerick flood claims of recent years. Patrick has built up many professional relationships with builders, tradesmen, engineers, quantity surveyors, architects, auctioneers and solicitors. His expertise, coupled with these strong relationships, has been extremely beneficial when working to achieve the best possible settlement for his clients.
